Welcome to a 3-hour workshop - A playful and supportive exploration of inversions
Are you curious about arm balances and headstands, but not sure where to begin?
This workshop offers a safe, playful, and accessible introduction to inversions — with a focus on building confidence, strength, and trust in your body.
Together, Kasondra and Sofia guide you step by step into the foundations of arm balancing and headstands. Rather than pushing for “the pose,” the emphasis is on curiosity, technique, and learning how inversions can feel supportive rather than intimidating.
The workshop is suitable for you who are new to inversions, as well as for those who want to deepen their understanding of alignment, preparation, and safe progression.
In this workshop you will explore:
• A playful, supportive approach to arm balances and headstands
• Practical drills and preparatory exercises you can take home and continue to practice
• Hands-on adjustments and individual guidance to help you find stability and ease
Kasondra teaches in English and Sofia in Swedish and english, and both languages are welcome throughout the workshop. You are free to ask questions and receive guidance in either language — the space is held with clarity, care, and inclusion.

Lärare: Kasondra Rydstrand & Sofia Tancredi
Kasondra is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with training from India and Bali. Her teaching is primarily rooted in Hatha, Ashtanga, and pranayama. She has a strong focus on helping both beginners and experienced practitioners develop stability, clear alignment, and an embodied understanding of breath and movement.
Her approach is grounded, creative, and attentive, with an emphasis on safety, awareness, and presence. Kasondra’s teaching is firmly anchored in yogic philosophy while remaining practical and accessible, encouraging students to build a deeper relationship with their own bodies.
She describes her personal motivation as follows:
“For me, yoga is the meeting point between the body and intention — where the physical practice becomes a pathway into something deeper.”
Originally from the USA, Kasondra lived in Spain for six years before recently relocating to Stockholm. She is fluent in English and Spanish and brings over nine years of personal practice, along with extensive teaching experience from Spain and private online sessions.
Sofia arbetar som trädgårdsmästare och yogalärare.
Naturen och yogan är två världar som ständigt inspirerar och påminner Sofia om närvaro, rytm och balans. Sofias resa inom yogan fördjupades genom en 200- timmars vinyasa utbildning på Malta, där hon fann en plats för både kropp och själ att växa.
”Det som lockar mig mest till yogan är känslan av att komma hem till mig själv, att hitta stillhet även i rörelse. Den vackraste visdomen jag bär med mig från yogan är att allt jag behöver redan finns inom mig.” säger Sofia.
